Low Fat Caramel Apple Salad * 3-4 granny Smith apples * 1-14 ounce. package sugar free, fat free butterscotch pudding * 8-oz fat free cool whip * 20-oz pineapple chunks 1. Blend pudding and cool whip. 2. Drain pineapple, reserving a few tablespoons of juice. 3. Mix a few tablespoons of pineapple juice with the cool whip. 4. Cut apples in cubes and mix in cool whip mixture. 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
