Here is an excerpt from an article on Waukesha’s Memorial Day Events from Waukesha Patch.
“The Memorial Day activities are being held Monday in the downtown Waukesha area. A riverside service begins at 9 a.m. by the Lee Dreyfus State Office Building by Frame Park.
Then, the Memorial Day parade will begin at 10:15 a.m. and will run from the Schuetze Recreation Center in Frame Park, along Baxter Street to Buckley Street to Main Street to Maple Avenue where the parade route will end at Cutler Park.
The Memorial Day event ends with a ceremony and gun salute at Cutler Park, where Wally Hahn of the Waukesha Allied Veterans Council said the community will honor those “who made the supreme sacrifice.”
Stigler will speak around 11 a.m. for the conclusion of the Memorial Day events at Cutler Park following the parade.”
